Question: How do you ensure the safety of dogs in your daycare facility?
Answer: We have multiple employees working simultaneously to provide proper supervision and implement measures to prevent accidents or conflicts among dogs. Additionally, we are attached to a vet clinic, ensuring a working relationship for any emergencies.
Health and Hygiene
Question: What are your cleanliness and hygiene standards?
Answer: We perform nightly cleaning routines with deep cleans twice a week, including UVC Disinfection with a Germicidal Lamp to maintain high hygiene levels and prevent disease transmission among dogs.
Quality of Care
Question: What kind of care do you provide for dogs?
Answer: We offer a range of activities including independent play, bubble play, outdoor activities like splash pads, pools, and snowball fights (weather permitted), and plenty of love and affection from The Dogscape employees to keep dogs mentally and physically stimulated.
Communication
Question: How do you communicate with owners about their dogs?
Answer: We maintain clear communication by providing any relevant updates on daily activities, behavior and health. We have a phone number and text number that can reach management and owners 24 x 7.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Question: What time is drop-off and pick-up?
Answer: Dogs can be dropped off between 7:00 am - 9:00 am and picked up by 6:00 pm
Question: What if I need to drop off or pick up outside of these times?
Answer: If you require services beyond our regular business hours, please consult with us, and we will handle them based on individual circumstances. *If late pick-up is not previously discussed, you will be charged a cost-per-minute late fee.
Question: Should I send treats, bowls, or toys to daycare?
Answer: We'll supply all essentials for eating and drinking. Kindly refrain from bringing toys due to potential toy aggression in some dogs. If you prefer one-on-one toy play like catch or tug, ask about our options! If treats are brought to daycare, they will be reserved exclusively for your dog during break time.

Question: Are there separate play areas for big and small dogs?
Answer: We believe in furry friendships of all sizes! Our play areas are designed to accommodate dogs of all shapes and sizes, fostering a fun and inclusive environment for everyone
